مكدوس مونة هو باذنجان صغير إلى متوسط الحجم، محشو بالجوز والفليفلة الحمراء مع القليل من الفليفلة الحرّة، ومحفوظ بالزيت. يتميّز بنكهته الغنية والتقليدية، وهو جاهز للأكل مباشرة.

Mooneh Makdous is made from small to medium-sized eggplants stuffed with walnuts, red peppers, and a touch of chili, preserved in oil. It offers a rich, traditional flavor and is ready to eat.

2. Serving Instructions | طريقة التقديم

يُقدّم مباشرة مع الخبز، ويمكن تناوله كجزء من الفطور أو العشاء. كما يمكن تقديمه إلى جانب اللبنة، الجبنة، وأطباق المقبلات.

Serve directly with bread for breakfast or dinner. Can also be enjoyed alongside labneh, cheese, or as part of a mezze platter.
