قصّة مونة بلّشت ببيت لبناني، مع ستّ بتعرف وصفاتها عن ظهر قلب، وبتآمن بالنكهة اللي عم تعملها
من سنين، وهي بتحضّر المونة لأهلها وأصحابها، بوصفات توارثتها من جيل لجيل وطوّرتها بإيديها بمطبخها. وصفات ما بدها ورقة وقلم — بتنعرف من الطعمة، من الريحة، ومن سنين الخبرة
كل مين داق من مونة إيديها حبّها. وهي كانت عارفة إنّه في شي مميّز بهالوصفات، وقرّرت تشاركه مع غيرها.

وكل مرطبان منعمل اليوم بيحمل نفس الروح: مكوّنات منختارها بعناية، نكهة غنيّة، ووصفات منفتخر فيها

Our Story
From Our Home to Yours.
Mooneh | مونة began in a Lebanese home, with one woman and the recipes she knows by heart.
For years, she made traditional mouneh for her family and friends, using recipes passed down through generations and perfected in her own kitchen. The kind of recipes you don’t need to write down — you know them by taste, by smell, and by experience.
People loved what she made. And she knew there was something special in those jars.
So she decided to share them.
Mooneh was born from her confidence in her recipes, her love for authentic Lebanese flavors, and her determination to build something of her own.
Every jar is still made with that same spirit: carefully chosen ingredients, generous flavor, and recipes she is proud to put her name behind.
Because Mooneh is more than food preserved in a jar.
It is a woman’s craft, a family tradition, and the taste of a Lebanese home — made to be shared.
